What is the difference between a Standard and Crisis alerts?
The most important difference right now is that for now, Crisis alerts only work for mentions in the Polish language.
A Standard alert can be sent out daily, or only when a certain number of mentions is crossed.
A Crisis alert is a smart notification which triggers automatically once certain crisis-related keywords are detected in relation to your project.
You can choose from the following categories to track potential crises of your brand: ecology, animal testing, bad ingredients, allergic reactions, technical issues, clients leaving, data theft, consumer boycott, law issues, worker treatment, and more.
