Deployment of the new version is usually planned every 4 weeks on Thursdays at 15:00 Europe/Warsaw local time. Although it should not happen, at this time you may experience platform instability or temporary glitches.

| 2025-01-27 | Mail delivery system problem From 25.01.2025 12:00PM CET till 27.01.2025 12:04PM CET SentiOne app had problem with mail delivery system. The problem was resolved by our service provider. All affected emails within this timeframe were scheduled for the resent. |

Due to the identified a risk of electrical outage, to avoid any permanent impact we are shutting down some of our servers, which will result in unavailability of SentiOne Listen&React application. We've resolved the issue and are now sending previous reports. Customers should also now be able to retry their payments. We apologize for the difficulties. |
