How can I analyze tagged mentions quantitatively?

You can analyze mentions tagged with different labels using the Mentions in time by tags and Tags share charts. These widgets let you gather information about the changes in tag volume over time and compare the overall tag usage.

You can also analyze tagged mentions on almost every chart. Select the filters icon and narrow down the results to the chosen tags.
